I was pretty lucky getting the mel x dv female to eat for me. At first nothing, she got a mouse tail, then she ate two small fence lizards, and from there live pinks. Her and her brother were the first 07 babies to fill up a feed card.

I suppose it depends on the monitor, but the maroon in these animals is pretty deep.

Very nice animals and photo's Brad...I like the interesting head pattern on "MELxDV-07-M05". Kind of like lighting bolts!
My 2007 pair are doing very well these days and the 2006 Male (MELxRB) is on fuzzies now...If they'll cooperate, I'll post some updated photos of them...
