Peach Nose

oldcrota Apr 20, 2008 08:14 PM

Valerie and I found our first pair of Northwestern New Mexico Collareds this morning (20 April 2008). The female was too shy for photos, but this male posed well. He has an unusual nose color - kind of peachy.

Indeed a peach nose! Great yellow on the back too. Better looking than collareds I've seen in South central NM.

Thanks for the picture.

Kind Regards,

John
