boaphile and rhinoraxx

The RhinoRaxx are good racks. They're well made, hold humidity well and are enclosed, which I prefer, although we do own some open style racks.

We have a dozen of the 32 qt RhinoRaxx and will probably be ordering several more in the next couple of months. We also have several Vision racks along with some from Reptile Basics and they all have their strengths and weaknesses.

I used to maintain over 100 ball pythons in black boaphile sweater and blanket box racks. I would say ball pythons love them. All my snakes were very aggressive feeders. If I had a problem feeder in a melamine rack my quick fix would be to move them to a boaphile, where they normally ate within minutes.

In regards to customer service I think Jeff is one of the nicest people in the business. I've known him for many years and never heard a bad word come from his mouth. He's very busy but always answers his phone during business hours. If you need something, call him.
