Then my Costa Rican female. This is a litter I am really looking forward to. More F1 pure locale boas off of CITES imported founder stock!

Looking good Chris. When are they due. Did you breed your het leopard female also this year?

I did breed her this year as well. Late though. I put the Leo in with her on Valentine's Day, he's still in. He did his part and seems to still be trying, but I don't know if she's going to ovulate. He's had a long season, he was first introduced with the Hypo on Halloween. The picture of me holding him was taken a month ago, he's still in great shape for not eating and breeding all these months. But if she doesn't ovulate soon I'm just going to wait till next year. I figure give the Hypo next season off and concentrate on making some Leopards!

Both the Hypo and CR are due in May. When exactly, not sure. Neither had a POS and I don't know their ovulation dates, just approximate. And I have no idea on the gestation for CR boas. We expected short times with the Panamanians like other CA, but they ended up being longer. I know Matt Lerer is pushing for a record with his, lol. So the CR might take a long time too, or not.

Good luck with the orangetail het leopards. You know I'd be excited to see you guys have a few. She's coming along great!

Hey Chris,

Hope all your litters work out this year, really crossing my fingers on the Leopard cross and the Leo x Het...there simply aren't enough Leopards out there!
