Ovulation

Looking for some expert opinions. This season has been my first attempt at breeding ball pythons. My female has locked up with my male 12 to 15 times. Over the past few weeks I've noticed her having some mid-body swelling on and off. It seemed for a while like it was every other day she would swell. But tonight when I looked in, the swelled area was much closer to the end of her tail than at any other time. Also, she seems to be curling her tail at the end at times. It doesn't appear to be text book "tail suck" like I've seen in some other photos, but since she has swelled this last time, she hasn't layed with her tail straightened out at all. So what do you think, ovulation or not?

Thanks for the replies. When I got up this morning, her swelling was even more profound. The anticipation over the next few months is going to be brutal. Can't wait for my first clutch!

Here are 2 Examples of Ovulating females for me so this year.
The Normal Girl has a rather big Swell and
The Pastel Girl has a rather small Swell.
Both are Definitely Ovulation and the Pic u posted is also Clearly Ovulation so in the next couple of week's she should shed which will be her Prelay shed then approx 30 Day's after she shed's you should get egg's.
Hope this Help's Jonas
