The Complete Suboc

Just arrived-and it is AWESOME. Way more voluminous than I had anticipated. I'll be spending the evening in perusal-but at first blush I'm impressed. Congratulations, Dusty!

Thanks, Brad! I can't wait to hear what you and others have to say...Because I've been telling my wife how good it is for almost a year (Dusty: Honey, this is going to be a GOOD book! Amy: I know...now will you listen to what I have to say?!) She's tired of hearing it, and I should be getting tired of saying it...it's my turn to shut up and listen. Haha.

Ok, now I'm getting curious. Could you mail me the ISBN-number, Dusty?

Thanx, Herman.

I'm still waiting for my 'early arrival.' I think the Post has forgotten about the Pony Express and has put the book on the Transcontinental Tortoise. Or maybe, the delivery driver has stopped off at a Motel 6 and is still busy trying to get that light off?

I mean: How long does it take to drive from Utah to California? (rhetorical question) Jeesh, Louise!

Hmmm...

Well, the first person who I heard from who received a book from me was the LA Zoo's Curator of Reptiles and Amphibians. Gerold Merker has also received his yesterday out in Cali, so I don't know what's up with you guys' mail deliverers. It did say that Media Mail is 2-9 days on the USPS site. We're at about 8 or 9 days now....it does seem kind of random though, eh?

Anything yet? Let me know!

...I am here in Cali and I have not yet recieved mine. But then again I did not have it rush mailed early. Did all of you rush your delivery or are you just in the normal preorder crowd like myself?

Sean.

Sean,

They had it rushed early so that they could get it a month before the main boat from China arrives on our shores the 13th of May.

Got mine yesterday too and even though I saw an advance black and white copy I was still really impressed. The color photos are great. Plus, "The Complete..." series is nicely done--high quality printing and binding as usual. And of course, the contents are great
