Lucky you, man!...........post a pic of that over on the "milksnake" forum, for some of my buddies to see, since that's what it actually is(L.triangulum elapsoides).

Well, I agree, they do resemble zonata, but they are still true milks in every sense of the word taxonomically speaking. Same goes for Coastal Plains Milks(temporalis), and other similar small N.A. Milksnakes. A triangulum is a triangulum.

I would agree in the fact that they are unique looking, and more delicately built, and seem to be distinct from some other milks, e.g...head shape, especially from the Mexican central/south American forms.

Rumor is that they may become L. elapsoides. We just have to wait and see. Nice Scarlet by the way. Here's one of my c.b. elapsoides from last season.
