Emoryi

Shaky Apr 21, 2008 10:10 PM

Last year I found this cool emoryi with a strange pattern. This year, I re-found her, and she was hooked up with a male. She was on the property of someone who wants the ratsnakes removed, so I hung onto her this time.
Interesting, no?
The male was a big bruiser with a very light ground color and chocolate saddles with orange eyes.
I haven't done emoryi eggs before, but I bet the babies will be nice.

Wow!,.....that's insane!!!, a "zig-zag" aztec patterned W/C emoryi!...geeeesh!....lucky you, man!

Did you hang onto the male too?, if so, can you post a pic of him as well?

Thanks for sharing!

Yeah,..
The lady who's property I speak of is COVERED in rodents. I flipped maybe 2 dozen sheets of tin and must have seen 100 rodents. She wants to remove the ratsnakes. Go figure. So I kept both emoryi, adding to my already too-large collection. My wife'll KILL me when she finds out. Gotta move some animals!
I'll post a picture, but it may be a few days or more. I'm pretty busy.

Yeah, that will be nice to see the the male too. As for the property owner,.......I'll never understand some people, well, actually MOST of the general public's innate fear of snakes?? Guess she really likes wild mice and rats that carry diseases and such!..LOL!!,....oh well, some things will NEVER change!

Well, to prevent your wife from killing you, you can just send that pair to me. I'd be more that happy to take them off your hands.

Take care,
