How can i tame a 13 month old female iggy.she always runs away tailwhips,bites.I cant touch her I have had her for about 1 month.

I'm starting the process with a much younger ig that is now healthy enough to be squirmy. He's not aggressive though, no tail whipping or biting, just skittish. He'll accept treats from my hand and is handleable if I catch him. I used to have to catch him for treatments, but I'd like to work up to a more open relationship than, "Aha! Now I've got you!"
