caramel question

weebeasties Apr 22, 2008 02:54 PM

some one has a "caramel" they want to sell but without any documentation. They said the mother was a chocolate and the dad a ghost, does this make any sense? They had a picture but it wasn't too good. Any feed back is appreciated.

That makes no sense what so ever.

Thanks...kinda what i thought, as I sit with my ball book in hand trying to sort this out. I am new to the genetic stuff but it sounded screwy to me too. I am no expert but the picture looked like a light pastel or possibly a ghost but was hard to tell. Like they say if it sounds to good to be true it probably is. Thanks again.

Well, the picture may be the right animal, but if this person doesn't even know how it was produced, I would stay FAR away..

Pic could have been stolen and used, for example

Good catch

But ask for pictures of the parents and a photo of the animal in front of a newspaper with todays date just to be sure they really have it... which I doubt.

Thank you so much ...I asked him for more photos and questioned the genetics. I am assuming it is a scam at this point. This person is selling it cheap and considering trades etc. This is really starting to smell funny! Got this ball addiction and its hard not to just say ohhh I wnat that one!!! Ok so Im a bit impulsive. Thanks for being the voice of reason!

Remember, especially when you want something BAD..

If it seems too good to be true, it probably is.

Good luck in your endevours
