I bought a Hypo male and Het Hypo female from Mike Lockwood many months back. We have been waiting all winter long for the weather here in WI to get warm enough at night to ship. Well, they came today!!

I must say that Mike is a fantastic guy to deal with!! Thanks Mike!!!

Ok, so here are some pictures I took today. First up is the '06 Hypo male that I named Obsidian. After a few minutes he decided that photo time was over, so I didn't get very many pictures of him. He's a squirrely one!

Here is the '07 female het. I called her Topaz, and she was a bit more willing to sit still.

I'm so happy to finally have these two. The long wait has been worth it!

their bloody awesome, that hypo looks insane. I so cant wait till my het hypos come from mike, the cites pretty much done and it getting warmer here (well as warm as finland gets anyway) I cracked a week or 2 a go, and asked mike if i could pay some extra and get a hypo, instead of one of the hets, but he had no stock left, Absolutely gutted. And for you to get an 06, your on your way!!!

I got the last one about a month ago (I told you we had similar collections!!) I named her Bella because she has this beautiful cherry color that's coming in. More to the point... Sorry! Mike will have more gems... I'm sure!

That hypo is f'n fabulous!! Wow, you've officially got one hell of a nice collection of BRB and I'm officially jealous!! lol.

Wow, he looks just like my '06 male from Mike, but yours has just a bit more color. Very nice critters! And I have to agree, Mike is absolutely great to work with. I would highly recommend buying from him! Not to mention that his snakes are so good tempered! I don't know if he handles them more than other breeders, but they seem completely comfortable with being handled.

What are your plans for those two? Are you going to breed that male to any other females? Again... Gorgeous!

Thanks! I definetley plan to breed the pair together when Topaz in large enough. If Obsidian is big enough next year I plan to put him with my High Orange girl Sable.

Great pictures Aubrey. That male is a little darker than some hypos but he wears it really nicely in the sunlight. I'm positive you'll see some variation in the hypo babies they produce. I'm very excited for you!

Dave, don't worry, I'll keep these guys warm and well-fed for you. And when the time comes, your hets will throw outstanding hypos as well.

I love the color on Aubrey's male... it's so rich... gorgeous. You really do produce some beauties Mike! And my male is the most fun animal I have ever met. He refuses to sit still and is always cruising, no matter what! No matter who's holding him, they're always laughing! What a personality... honestly I hope that's inheritable... LOL

The het has some serious bold markings, wonder how that will translate into hypo?

Some really nice additions, and I will second that Mike is extremely great to work with.

How old is the hypo male and would he want a girlfriend? I have a het and a poss het and one of them would be ok as a girlfriend, but one would be very closely related (I would not breed to him, as I want to help make sure the animals are out-crossed).
