Looks like you guys are dry, are you getting any of the rain from these recent fronts? What are the low temps? Retiring minds want to know! Thanks in advance for the weather report.

Looks like we had some decent rain in Eastern Brewster Co.-Del Rio last night-not much here in the Hill Country though....

Any idea how much? I've been considering a drive through Black Gap on Friday or Saturday.

Daryl-

Checked Intellicast-Looks like Black Gap got about a quarter inch in the last 24 hours.

Where I live "off 277," we got around 5 inches yesterday! But it's a little further north than where you're talking about.

Rick,

No rain recently. The only rain this spring has been a couple of widely scattered sprinkles. Highs have been in the 90's and lows in the 50's. The last couple of days have been humid and hazy.

I've only found time for about a dozen hours of flipping and a half dozen hours of driving, but haven't seen much. My only decent find so far (a pituophis on the pavement in the Christmas Mountains around noon) was found when I wasn't even herping.

According to my parents, my name is spelled "Daryl", not "Dayrl". LOL
