Normal finally hooks up

wvherp Apr 25, 2008 09:52 AM

This is my first venture breeding. I have a normal female that I was trying to pair with a male Okeetee. Well, earlier this week it finally happened. So hopefully she will be laying her first eggs sometime in late June. I may have asked this before, but what can I expect from the offspring as far as colors?

First of all congratulations on the hook up!I bred my Abbott male to A w/c from Va. and the results were better than I had expected, most of them looked like okeetees.A friend of mine still has one and it's his favorite corn snake. Good Luck and please, post pics when you have little ones. Jeff

Congratulations!,........and yes, like the other's have said, you will get ALL normal looking offspring as long as BOTH weren't het by chance for the very same trait(very unlikely). They will all likely vary to some degree too, with some looking like one or the other parent, and probably some looking intermediate between the two.
