breeding and raising babies

okay so my first question is i read that some people say i can keep my male with my females all the time but wont that mean they will just keep breeding?

next is i just hatched out 2 babys and i was wondering how i should keep them and what should i use to heat them? any feed back or website to explain would be great thanks guys

Yes you can keep them together all year and they will breed each year. I keep mine together all the time. Sometimes you get a male that will pester the females alot during breeding season and if he is then I would remove him cause that does stress the females. It only takes them breeding once per year for the female to lay eggs all season.
As for housing the babies I use a seperate tank for them. Some ppl use plastic tubs lined with papertowels with small dishes for water and food, and hidespot with heat tape on them.GL

You can keep the male and female in the same cage but it can become stressful for your female if you have an aggressive male. I would recommend (if you have the space) to keep them separately. As far as the hatchlings go, it’s best to keep them separate also, that way you can monitor their feeding, and they don’t have to compete with other hatchlings for food.
