i found a storrs monitor in a local store. im debating on getting it. i just have two question.. are they rare in american collections, and how much would one go for?

Strorrs are not widely represented in collections, but there are folks that breed them. for that type of animal, i would not recommend buying from anyone but the breeder directly.
