runny poo after drinking alot of water

does drinking alot of water cause dragond have runny poo. this happened over night. last night he drank alot of water and now has runny poo this morning.

Yes, I've had this happen when a well-hydrated dragon drank a lot of water.

ok good cause i was worried he might have parasites. but it was and overnight thing so i had a feeling it was too much water.
