do you have to feed chams crickets

pet_lover Aug 30, 2003 01:42 PM

my parents are really tired of finding crickets all over the house. We don't have many escape, but it seems every one that does get loose, they find.
I do feed him silkworms, butter worms and mealies for a treat. Can I feed him more silkworms and no crickets?

I wouldn't eliminate crickets from your cham's diet, but you can cut back on crickets and indrease the numbers of silkies. Remember the more diversified your cham's diet is, the healthier it will be and less likely to suffer from food burnout. Hope this helps.
