3-toed picts

Took these last night to try out uplaoding on my new 3in1 and computer. It looks like the second one is getting more yellow streaks on top of shell every year, but the other one is staying dull olive brown, they stayed pretty fat over winter, only loosing a few grams which is pretty amazing I think considering they haven't eaten in 6-7 months.

The shell color changes that occur in growing turtles is fasinating, but even more so are the changes that occur in the face and front limbs. As my juveniles get older their faces are becoming a mask of red, yellow, black and white. Not unlike the Sith, lol!
