Well Bonnie has surprised me

Boost Apr 30, 2008 03:30 PM

After 3 years of Bonnie teasing me and Clyde, she has started laying her very first clutch of eggs. Well she could've started last night or perhaps she had found a suitable spot and was protecting it. Good thing I had gotten a hovabater, the sad thing was I got it too late to save Thelma's first clutch. So now Bonnie may become a mommy just need to get the hovabator setup and dialed in. I can't remember any egg turning is needed???

for you Boost :0) I know how long you have waited for this, also glad you decided to get the bator for the eggs. Congratulations, to you and Bonnie and Cylde also.... don't worry Thelma will lay more eggs.

No turning of eggs needed buddy, just put them in the way you found them OR pink side facing up, if you see pink oval.

AWESOME news !

Thanks Eve, oi, Bonnie has decided to lay two of them in the water dish, oi. She found a nice spot by the water dish guess it got too crowded, actually saw her lay one of her eggs wow talk about effort. Working on the temperatures in the hova twist left or right hot or cooler, working on 83 degreeish lol.

Rofl, Bonnie seems to be a good mother has she has completely buried her 6 eggs and has moved about 3/4's of the sand over them. She is still moving sand and being the dutiful mother over her yet born lizards. I'm almost reluctant in removing her from the habitat so I can move the eggs into the hovabator.
