ALBino Asian ratsnakes

outcastexotics Apr 30, 2008 05:42 PM

Okay guys and gals, can anyone give me the run down on the known albino or other morphs in asian ratsnakes? I'm slowly moving away from NA ratsnakes and focusing on asian rats. So any info and pics would be great. Tried to post in the other section not much of a response.

More and more are popping up now. But still few and far between.

There's amel Amur ratsnakes, quite few morphs and locales of Diones. T and T- Radiateds. Albino mandarins & even amel red tailed green racers.

Hello--
I am currently enjoying a pair of albino Elaphe climacophora--Japanese rat snakes. The albino of this species are referred to as Shirohebi. A medium sized species, they are a bit more slender than most North American ratsnakes of the same length. You can find photos on the Ophidiophile Farms website.

althea
