Is this right?

I talked to someone who has a 4 yr old ball that is 1.5 ft. I have a male that will be 2 in june and is 2-2.5. They say its b/c he was in a small enclosure...but how small would it have to be for a snake that age to be that small? Would this cause health issues?

You sure they didn't say 4 months? A 1.5 foot 4 year old ball is at the very least extremely malnourished. Enclosure size has nothing at all to do with it.

I have a female that I received 6 months ago and she is about 2 feet and is a year and half old, she was severly underfed, I am not sure if she will ever get to what her size should be , she eats great, I guess will tell. My babies that are 9 months old are double her size.
