Supplements:

PhunkeyPhish May 01, 2008 02:35 PM

I just got my hatchling corn and for the first feed used NutriBac rep pro-biotic. I have an iguana that I give pro-biotic and multi vit once a week. Just wondering if I should sprinkle multi vit on a mouse every couple feedings.

While there's no harm in supplements for corn snakes, there's no real need for them either. Most keepers and breeders feed their snakes rodents without ever adding any supplements, as whole rodents are considered a complete diet for corn snakes.

Hey,...look!, he's got it bass ackward!..LOL!

Yeah, rodent have all they need within the body tissue itself, and the food the rodents eat that's in the gut. Totally complete!

Captive lizards of course can sometimes be a different story altogether.

nice animal too!
