Karma and reality.........

EricIvins May 01, 2008 02:55 PM

The past two days have been really good to me, but today reality sets in and makes it bittersweet. I picked up the BCC yesterday, he was found trying to cross a busy road. A few Rats and he'll be in working order. The Womas started hatching the 29th, but I finally caught one of them peeking and was able to take a picture at least. After checking on them, I figured I'd take a look at the female that produced them; She was deader than a doornail. I don't know why, but may find out tonight if I decide to open her up. Either way, I guess in life their's death, and vice versa. Something we all have to deal with when keeping anything that's organic. Oh, and here's a Ghost picture for the hell of it.

What state was the BCC found in? I would have flipped out if I saw a boa crossing the road in Texas .

I wasn't sure how to take your statement
about the BCC.Did you really catch a Boa BCC
trying to cross a street? That's crazy are you
in Florida or South America? South America would
make more sense,LOL Lar M

hmmm....
Boa crossing the street.... lol

We were at the lake 2 years ago and some kids about 40 foot down from us started yelling "snake" "snake!" so i went running -- expecting a cotton mouth or something interesting...
It was a redtail.... skinny and P.O.'ed as all get out....

Also--- I also found my trophy girl-- beautiful animal--- amazing red tail--- dead as a doornail last nite...

very depressing...
