Posting pic questions

Fleck May 02, 2008 08:11 AM

I recently started posting pics. I use my cell phone camera but when I set size at 1200 x 1028 as kingsnake wont take bigger size I usually get these substandard small pictures.

How is everyone able to post such big pics ? I know I need to get a camera and no more cell phone camera plus my photography is horrid.

Thanks

well believe it or not, your image is 1200px x 1028 px, the only problem is that most of the image is white. I've downloaded your image and drew a box around it so you can see how much white space you've got on your image. So the problem is with the image you are uploading in the first place

Fleck,

Try "resizing" the photograph using your photo editor in your computer (mocrosoft photo editor can "resize" to a specific size...Adobe Basic is a hit & miss operation)...

You can also go to photobucket to do this...after you've uploaded the photos, you can "resize" them and then upload them into KS photos...

Just some ideas that work for me & good luck...

Later,
Jim.

Thank you both very much . I will try the suggestions before posting more pics of my other Mex as the pics arent worth posting if not done correctly.

Certainly easy enough to shoot them all again and get it right.

Thanks
