Piebald Clutch!

rsherman79 May 03, 2008 10:30 AM

My Piebald finally laid her first clutch. She was bred to another Piebald from Steve Roussis who is very high orange. She laid five eggs but one of the eggs was pushed off to the side. I candled the egg and found a lot veins so I am incubating it with the rest of the clutch and keeping my fingers crossed. I can't wait for them to hatch!

The Piebald male is high orange, not Steve Roussis!

Very interesting to see a pure piebald breeding, the eggs look to have normal size.
Keep us updated!

The last half of her body is completely white EXCEPT for those little black spots and the very tip of her tail. She almost looks like she was dipped in PAINT don't you think?
