First off, thanks to Doug and Jeff and others that gave advice.
To recap, my 3 y.o. male CB Eastern stopped eating in early Feb.
I had never brumated this snake, as he always ate through Winter and I did not plan to breed him.
I suspected all along that this snake was experiencing the teenage boy syndrome, active hormones and such.
I had kept the snake nice and fat and after 3 months of constant crawling around and up to temps without feeding, he still was not all that thin. This is why I decided to not try force feeding or medication just yet.
Long story short, I just kept trying to feed him every few days and last week he at last ate a small pink and has since eaten again and I think all is fine now.
Here he is, a neat Georgia locale animal...

On another note, here's a super nice Alabama syspila I flipped a few days ago. These guys are hard to find down here.
