Here is a pic of my female carpet wrapped around her clutch. This is my first time breeding any python so I figured I would give maternal incubation a go since I knew they could do it. I use a mixture of peat moss and hatch rite. I just try to keep the temp as close to 89 as possible and make sure the moss mixture around her is damp. We are around 40 day now so this is the home stretch. I think there are 9 eggs (8 look good). I was wondering if it sounds like I am doing everything right and if there is any advise for me out there? Thanks, S.E.

I know there are others out there w/ more M.I. knowledge than me, but I'd use lower temps (around 84/86). She can always increase the temp of her clutch, but she can't lower it.
