new baby leo! =D

got one at the show today and s/hes awesome! very cute and active when we got home i gave it some crickets and straight away it started chasing and eating them! drank some water and started exploring! s/he looks great! ill post pictures when i find out how to...haha

Well its not any type of albino, maybe a hypo tangerine or high yellow, but on a side note it looks a little on the thin side. As a general rule of thumb the tail should be 3/4 as think as its neck, just make sure its eating good. Best of luck with the new little one.

thank you for replying, we just got it from the reptile show and we thought it looked a little thin but all of the adults that vendor had looked really good with fat tails and active and everything,

and hes been really active and eating really well! and drinking well so we figure we're just going to have to pay a lot of time and attention to fattening him/her up!

and also its our first "baby" so we weren't sure if it was thin or just that it was a baby, it didn't look any skinnier then anyone else's baby leos, the best we found actually because we walked around and looked at everyones leos to find the healthiest we could, all their other animals "not just the leos" looked pretty healthy, no sick or hurt ones,

but thanks for putting in the time to mention it
