Wow! Awesome pics.. it's amazing how variable the rattlers are... they look hypo. Garters are funny... the only snake I find over here mating year round... at least that does it in the side of trails and pretty much everywhere. I've yet to find anything else breeding (besides box-elder bugs).

Had about 5 or 6 here. From Camp Creek, Oregon.

I see garters breeding all year long too, even in late fall, lol.
I have also found bulls breeding a few times, I'll try to find the pics.

That first pic of the bull is crazy, took my a little while to see it. Did you find him like that or was it set up?

I was looking at a little rattlesnake, & just happened to look over & seen him poking his head out. He backed up a bit when I shoved the camera in his face (I have no zoom on my camera), but still a cool pic though.
