Spotted python???

mingdurga May 09, 2008 01:52 PM

At what age do spotted pythons lose the ability to produce successfully. I know males can go longer, but not sure of females.

There is no set age. Whenever they stop ovulating.

Personally I have seen a 9 year old female that stopped breeding and I have seen a 15 year old lay eggs. These examples were both childrens pythons and I am sure that they do not represent the extremes.
