feeding superworms

what should I feed my superworms?they were given to me for my frog but I didn't get any instructions on their care.Thanks

Same things you'd feed mealworms.. grains... baby rice cereal mixed with ground rabbit pellets and some ground dry dog food works well.. You can feed them slow cooking oatmeal and dry milk mixed with baby rice cereal as well.. give them a slice of carrot or apple for moisture and you're set to go.
