I was wondering how reliable a sign of pregnancy it is for the females belly to feel lumpier then usual.
My females belly has felt somewhat lumpy for the last month or so and she has been much more testy/teritorial about her hide box and being handled. That being said I have not witnessed a lockup. Also, while she looks slightly swollen to me in person it does not show in the picks I've taken and it could just be because she is still growing in girth(35 months old). She also just refused her first meal so far but I assume it was due to shed cycle.
Not worried either way but was just wondering how accurate the indicators, other then visual swelling, were for predicting gravid status.
