First 2003 baby... a Florida!

rattay Aug 30, 2003 11:22 PM

Out of 3 clutches (2 Florida & 1 Eastern), this appears to be the single surviving pipper. One Eastern pipped early and perished - believe the egg split open premature. The rest of the eggs weren't viable.

Fingers crossed for this precious one. I'm especially proud as she? (incubated at 86) is my first Florida hatchling.

Cheers!

That's great!

Hopefully this one will survive!

Best of luck,

Great news!
I saw the little florida's at a nearby breeder's place last fall, the babies and the juveniles were so neat, and so unique among boxie babies.
