we just fed our baby Anery Corn Snake one pinky on saturday night about how long should i wait before handling him again i have heard 1 to 2 days but i am not sure

Everything I've read says at least one and the more reputable ones say two, and since your snake is small and new, I would wait the full 2 days, maybe even a little longer if it's the first feeding. You need to establish that when you feed it, it's completely safe and can enjoy it's meal in peace.
That said, I'm still very new. I'm sure someone who knows a lot more will be by shortly to give you a definitive answer.
