Identify Please!?!?!

Hi, I bought this monitor from a livestock auction a few days ago. Hes not in great shape the guy I got him from didnt look like someone who knew much about anything.Iknow alot about snakes and turtles, but Im not a lizard guy and I can't figure out what species this monitor is. He's very blue, not vibrant but no question about it he's blue. I want to make sure I know what he is so I can set up the appropriate enclosure and all of that. Thanks for your help!!!!!

yeah thats just what I was thinking as I was looking at pictures online. But the thing that was throwing me off is that hes blue. Is that normal?

some nils from Egypt are blue.

thanks for the info. i suppose the monitor in your picture is an egyption nile? are the egyption blue niles worth more than the average nile? any other information on the egyption blue niles would be great. thanks!
