Euthanasia (sp?)

I have to put some baby leos down, that are infected with coccidia at work. What methods are best, most un cruel, that doesn't involve having to take them to a vet?

CO2, same as with rodents.

Some would argue that freezing is relatively painless as the reptiles functions would halt first from the cold. I'm not convinced, nor is it a vet accepted method. Decapitation would probably me more humane, and obviously I don't agree with that in the slightest except for situations where there is no other choice (finding an injured herp on the road, for instance)
