Does this seem like a x or more of a "wild type"

wasnt sure what this guy was. Came as a kind of "rescue" from a pet shop, and they didnt even know where it had come from....Any ideas? Im thinking just a normal jcp as you would see in the wild. He is a year old i think, and about 38 inches now, and eating(just) small rats. Never had a problem with getting him to rats, i even went back to mice and back to rats once. sound about the right size for a yearling, was pretty underfeed when i got him, just trying to get him all good.
