What is recommended re: BD staying

My BD has not come out of his log, where he sleeps since last night. It's now 1:30pm. Is it better to leave him be or take him out and cuddle him?

I leave mine alone if they don't come out. Then again with 18 I am never lonely. I think it'll be OK whatever you decide.

When my dragon stays in it's den with her head down for a rather long time, i take her out and handle her for a minute and almost immediately i notice she gains more confidence when i put her back. a little motivation might be all that it needs.
