Here's a sampling of some of the neat stuff moving around now.

1 aor Rough earth snake
22 aor atrox, 22 dor
3 dor bull snakes
1 aor Gulf coast ribbon snake, 1 dor
4 UFO's (unidentified fleeing ophidians)(flattened if dor)
1 dor indigo
1 dor checkered garter snake
2 dor Southwestern rat snakes
1 dor Texas longnose snake
1 dor Desert king
1 dor Texas rat snake
AND....1 aor Mexican hooknose snake, whoohoo!

I don't see the hooknose very often and the little buggers are a challenge for me. Earlier in the week I also found a Lined snake deep in south Texas which was new for me there but I see they have been recorded accorging to Alan Tenent's book, A Field Guide To Texas Snakes. Anyway I will hold off on the dor's unless some of you want to see 'em.
Here's a bull, a lined, and a Mexican hooknose.

Awesome stuff Todd! I still haven't found either a Ficimia or a Tropidoclonion. A Tropidoclonion in south Texas is a really good find, was it a county record?

Nice looking bullsnake too.

John, I think it may be, we are looking into it, well, I should say I have the best minds on it! Gerold Keown has been digging and up to now hasn't found one yet. Man, that was the first snake I ever found, by the dozens at my grandmas in north Texas. They were in the water meters and I must have flipped the lids on her whole block looking, lol!

Nice Todd. I have seen hooknose on 277, Sanderson, and once I found 4 in one night, in the Xmas. I like them alot.

Aaron, those would be Gyalopian, yes? This was a Ficimia. Both "hooknoses". I haven't seen a Gyalopian yet.
