Help!!! YELLOW FUNGUS!!! Help!!!

Hi,

me are german and breeding pogona vitticeps.
In feb 08 first time that one animal becoms yellow spots an swollen arm.
It died because me and my vet doesent now what it is.
We have done cultures from skin, blood, puuh,....

Now 4 another animals got the same.
I read an american text with pictures on reptilerooms and i think it is the same.

Me are writing a text for germans over this problem to make it public.

Can anybody help me?

Now i take topical chlorhexadine (like nolvasan) and lamisil.
Oral a little acidophiliz.
And next week i bacame from my vet itraconazole.

This are extreme expensive animals and i love them.
I think me are the first german which becomes this [bleep]!!!

Please help me!!!

Try BeautifulDragons.com. I know she has treated animals with Yellow Fungus.

Hi

i just search on the dutch forum becouse i knew there was just a case like this 2 monts ago and that was treated good and the fungus did disapear.

and they used one thing you also use. they treathed the dragon only with lamisil and the fungus dissapeard.

i hope youre dragons will get better soon.

Hey,
Just writing to say good luck and it's good to know how much you care for your dragons..I treat my chameleon and dragon like they're babies so I know how you must be feeling..Hopefully the fungus goes away..
