Ground coconut husk/peat & sphagnum moss/Miracle Grow Organic soil mixture/Orchid Bark.

It works wonders.

What kind of tree is that? I have the exact same one in my White's Tree frog enclosure, but it was given to me as a gift, so I have no idea what it is.

I'm not sure if you know, but whatever it is, it's very easy to clone. You simply stick the trimmings in a glass of water and place them in a window sill for 2-3 weeks. No rooting gel required. I've given away several of them to my friends and family and they're all doing well.
