Motley X Sunglow= nice babies!!

Shane Kinney May 15, 2008 01:02 AM

I was looking forward to this litter from breeding a motley X 2004 Burke produced lipstick line sunglow female and she didn't let me down with a nice litter 120 days after ovulating she dropped some nice hypo motleys het albino, motleys het albino, hypos het albino, and normals het albino with no slugs or still borns. She fed aggresively during gestation, did not get in the heat conservation coils, did not have a pre birth waxy stool, and had her babies in the afternoon! I can't stop looking at these kids!

Pics of parents breeding

Momma who tried to get a piece of my face and arm when I was moving her to another enclosure!

Thanks and good luck to everybody's upcoming litters. Keep those baby pics coming!

congrats nice litter for sure,
was this the same pairing that failed last year?
I'm wondering to myself if the motley was a possible het albino?

Awesome!~!
Too bad I can't see the pics from my office, heh.
I will check em out tonight. Very cool though.

Cool to hear the 120 days and no prewaxy...reason being is cause I have a female I was expecting on 5/6 which was 110 days...so tomorrow would be 120...and I've been looking for the prewaxy...but maybe she won't produce one. I'm sure you and others know the feeling when you're anxiously waiting for a female to drop!
Thanks for sharing and congrats!!
