feeding while shedding.

If a BP is shedding at feeding day, should we wait? or it can shed and eat in the same day?

Some will, some won't. Many snakes won't eat during a shed and it won't hurt to wait till next feeding day. They can easily go two weeks without dinner.

Although I have a male that will eat just before he begins to shed. I used to think it was to break loose the skin from around his lips .

My male will eat even if he can hardly see through the blue.. with him, in my experience, the food swelling makes his skin break & come off him pieces & he has a heck of a time shedding after that. I've taken to waiting until he's through with his shed, & no problems since.. except an extremely hungry boy.. watch your fingers!
