I had to share this, I just received my order for reptile supplies, and there was an error....

I paid for a 3 dollar hide log, and received a 20 dollar one instead.

as soon as I opened up that box, I knew the wrong item had been shipped.

this is just the first time it was in my favor and the vendor said that the shipping charges to correct this would exceed the value of the error, how cool is that?

haha i too had a shipment like that, i ordered 2 250 watt infrared bulbs and instead i got 2 250 ceramic heaters which are probably 70 dollars more and i got them at no extra charge and then the company shipped me out the correct bulbs for no charge and i got to keep the ceramics : )
