Hognose returns this year SE Michigan

Last year, I posted here and got an id on a snake I found in my yard. Turns out it was a hognose snake. I took photos of what I believe to be the same snake-- in my yard again, this year. Cool, huh?

First photo from last year, second from this year. I couldn't figure out how to post two photos in the same post. ;(

I saw the same hognose about 5 times in 3 years before. I knew it was the same snake because of scarring near the tail. Those things seem to stay put.
