Does Fluker's count as gut-loading?

Danne May 16, 2008 10:55 PM

The petsmart I go to sells crickets that eat Fluker's cricket diet, it says gut-loaded on the bottle but I haven't read anything similar online about commercial diets for gut-loading being any good. If I buy their crickets should I still feed them myself or are they pretty nutritional?

Anything you feed your crickets is technically gut loading. If it's food and it keeps them healthy then it's all that's really necessary. I'm using the fluekers myself right now. Only because it was given to me with a lot of other things when I took in a Bearded Dragon somebody couldn't handle any longer. I'm not sure how nutritional it really is but they're eatin' it up .
