1) 8 month old female from last year. I usally go for the dark ones but this one was so pretty with such a perfect pattern and turning a light yellow.
2) 8 month old male sibling. He had just shed and was in an unusually light phase. Normally he is darker with blue & pink sides. I may keep him to pair with a completly unrelated heavily connected saddle ladder tail in the future since he is showing some degree of those traits.
3) Gravid Guyana. Maybe might favorite BCC of all. She has not moved from that spot in weeks. Yes, I have since cleaned off the excess bodily fluids dried on her back. Amazing contrast and color for being in her all-time most ugly state. This year I used a single male so there will be no doubt who the father is and will be my most anticpated BCC litter ever however, there is a fair chance she will slug since she produced babies last year.
