a couple wc corns

WK May 18, 2008 11:31 AM

A buddy I hadn't seen in about 10 years came by for a visit yesterday to do some herping. We saw nothing but a few gators and turtles at the local wildlife refuge. But we shot some photos of a couple of my snakes. Here are two I took of wc corns. The first is one my son collected in the back yard (Jasper Co., SC) as a hatchling in 2006. The second was collected about 12 miles away but on a barrier island. It was a hatchling when found in the Fall of 2007.

The variation amongst local wild corns is pretty interesting.

Regards,
WK
