I have so many questions, feeding this time

I have been feeding my water dragons a couple crickets in the morning and feeding them again at night, is this okay or should i only be feeding them once a day. Spyro has put on a lot of weight though since i got him Monday its amazing the difference, now i just need to get the other one fattened up, and named.
