Ok I live in the scranton areaof pennsylvania... does anyone know a feed store around there to buy mice chow in bulk? What do different people use for cages?

Its better to buy from a feed store than a pet shop. A feed store would sell it in bulk, usually 50 lb bags. Any Purina dealer should be able to order Mazuri 6F breeder lab block. SHould be around $20-$25 for a 50 lb bag.
For caging mice I use wire top lab cages. The wire top acts as a food hopper and keeps the food from getting contaminated and wasted.
